So, #freethenipple is a thing.
It reminds me of the bra burning days (misattributed to the 68′ pageant) of the second wave of feminism. The message is understandable. The way we prevent certain forms of nudity lends itself to further objectification of and thus limiting freedom and equality of women. I know this hashtag exists because the internet told me. The same internet told me that Donald Trump is actually presidential and we need to come to terms with his crazy. This goes to say that the net has an agenda. Several, really and each is based on whoever owns that particular station.
That is not all the internet told me.
The internet said my diet would fail. It wasn’t alone in that assessment. Everyone I encountered save for the nutritionist running the study seemed certain I would not succeed by food control alone. It is a component. I recognize that I eat for stress and boredom and joy but I also realize that I don’t eat with any regularity that is conducive to health. That needs to change as do my exercise habits (or the utter lack thereof).
The net tells me a lot of things, so much so that I want to make it a regular thing on the blog. So, lets do that.
